MORINAGA Hokkaido Ingredients Hot Cake Mix 

  • 150g ( pack of 2)

  • Ingredients: 1 bag (150g) of Morinaga Pancake Mix, 1 medium size egg, 100ml of milk/water. Combine Egg with water and mix well. Add Morinaga pancake mix and mix lightly, do not overmix. Heat non-stick frying pan on medium heat and transfer to wet table cloth to cool. Pour 1/3 of the batter into the frying pan from a height of about 30cm from the frying pan. Heat on low heat for about 3 minutes until small bubbles start to form on surface. Flip over with spatula and heat for another 2 minutes. Make a large amount, store pancakes individually in cling wrap and freeze them. Reheat in microwave for about 1-2 minutes.Pancake should rise and become fluffy. Pancake mix can also be used to make muffins
