Sugar Kiat have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and cholesterol-lowering properties. Peel and eat them out of hand, slice them into salads or use them to make sauces, jellies and baked goods. Rich in vitamin C and contain several other vitamins and minerals, notably thiamine and folate.
Ordered this as the usual Kiat Kiat was not available at the time. It was less sweet that the Kiat Kiat they usually carry, but nonetheless it was still fairly good.
