Gift Box Strawberries and Half Kg Red Cherries

I have been ordering from you ever since but this is such a disappointment. I've always chosen you despite the price and delivery fees because i know you always sell fresh fruits at hindi ako mapapahiya sa pagbibigyan ko. You shouldn't have accepted my order if you are going to send me fruits in this condition. Bulok na yung muscat at yung strawberry may mga malalambot na na part. Buti nalang chineck ko bago ipangregalo dahil grabe nakakahiya naman magbigay ng ganitong klaseng prutas. Sana chineck nyo man lang at binalik nalang pera ko kesa pinilit nyo pa ipadala sakin. Messaged also thru viber and ang reply lang sa akin is "Baka po sa biyahe" and then nagsend ng pic ng prutas na nasa loob ng box at sasabihin na "good naman nung ginawa". tama ba yun, eh ako close up ko pa pinadala yung pic ng muscat at strawberry. 380 pesos na shipping fee tapos magkakaron ng itim na spots yung muscat tapos malalamog yung ibang strawberries? grabe nakakadisappoint. pati customer service. BTW, hindi nagrequest ako ng SERVICE INVOICE, wala kayo inissue.
