The skin of the Toki is a beautiful yellow-green blushed with coral or light pink on the side facing the sun. The variety has a mild, refreshing flavor both sweet and acidic so that its sweetness is balanced by a pleasing tartness. Inside the apple, the yellow flesh is crispy, dense, and very juicy.
