US Raspberries

I order form Crate 2 Plate a lot. 90% of the time I have been very happy with their produce and their excellent speed of their delivery service. However I had a negative experience (which I have also had with persimmon and kiwi in the past), so when I received a request to review, I thought it was timely. The raspberries I received and paid 499.00pesos for were well past their prime. They were soft and mushy on arrival. Many had black bits starting to mould which I cut off. I understand fruit ripens quickly, but surely if you have fruit & veg past their prime, you can at least offer a discount and let the buyer be aware. Paying full price for a substandard product is disappointing. Fortunately this does not happen too often with Crate 2 Plate. I cannot attach photos to this online review doc, but if you want photographic evidence, please contact me.

First time ordering and transaction was smooth. Raspberries were yummy especially when mixed with greek yogurt! Felt that dose of healthy food. Thanks!

I use these mostly as toppings for yogurt which means it's important to have fresh and high quality berries. This arrived (along with my other orders) in very good state and was delivered on the date I specified. Very happy overall. :-)
