Refund Policy

When you get fruits from Crate2plate you are guaranteed that it has been put through a tedious screening process. Fruits are checked daily, kept in the optimum temperature, and delivered in an insulated environment. Think of how your mom would pick and choose fruits from your local shop--only, you get to choose what's on your plate.

If some items do not meet your standards, or are found to be damaged/spoilt, kindly let us know through Viber (09178926473) or Email (orders@crate2plate.com) within 24 hours from the time item is delivered. Our team will investigate at once. Once damaged goods claims are found to be valid, we will refund you at once. All claims made after the 24-hour window will be subject to approval and may or may not be replaced at full value depending on the investigation.
